"This is the second time we've stayed here, and we will stay here again! I had a small glitch with my reservation (made through a 3rd party), and when I called the front desk, Amber was super kind and attentive. She relayed my issue to the manager, Nicole, and she called me back within a few minutes. They helped me right away, and made things perfect. I can't say enough about how kind the staff was/is--even the housekeeper was fabulous. Highly recommend!"

"It smelled of cigarettes in the hallway and vestibule. The sink in our room did not drain well. The continental breakfast was terrible. Juice machine was out of order. To eat was only cereal and toast. The breakfast room did not look very nice."

"I was disappointed with broken drink vending machine. There were 2. One out of order and other was empty. I also was excited with free breakfast but all I had access was sausage patties. Sausage and gravy but no biscuit and hoped to see some scrambled egg but didn’t see any so I ate what they had and left."
