"Staff was pleasant, activity room area was vibrant and full of guests having fun when I checked in. Room was clean, with easy to clean surfaces no carpet which is a plus. Bed was ok but would definitely benefit from having a memory foam topper or better mattress that is designed to prevent pressure points. "Nice accommodations except there was no body wash in the shower, and I didn't notice until I was in there. Breakfast was okay, waffle mix was empty and had to wait until the desk person could get the kitchen worker to respond. The worst part was workers outside near the door smoking."

"The room was ok. Did its job for a quick one night stay. The shuttle was broken so we couldn’t take that to the casino. There was a lot of noise outside of the room through out the night. There was also a lot of ants. Had to throw out the cups and some of our food. I asked for a discount, but as of yet they did not give me one."

At 5:30am our smoke detector beeped non-stop as if the battery was dead Because of our exhaustion we did not want maintenance in our room to address it. While checking out I was told they could only offer a 30% discount on our next stay because we booked with you. They would send us an email. We will see.
