THE HOUSE:
Located on the 8th fairway of the Plumas Pines Golf Course, this gorgeous home is the perfect mountain getaway. With 4 bedrooms, including 2 Primary Suites, this home is perfect for groups and families. With 2 decks, you can soak up the views all year long.

For the chef of the group, you'll enjoy a fully stocked kitchen. The kitchen is has everything you need including, quality cookware, dinnerware for 12, blender, crockpot, 2 refrigerators, and more. Plus for the grill lover, there's a new BBQ on the back deck.

There are 2 primary suites (one has a private deck), with Cal-King beds and private bathrooms. The 2 other bedrooms feature a queen bed and 2 full beds. All the rooms come with fresh linens and pillows for your convenience and comfort.

The house comes ready for entertaining, featuring a 65" TV with Netflix and Hulu. Additionally the garage is treated as a game room, featuring a Ping-Pong table, a foosball table and more.

The house has 3 parking spots, additional parking is located around the corner from the home. We ask that you try to keep your vehicles to 4.

Pets are not allowed (due to pet allergies), a $500 carpet cleaning fee will be passed on to you if pets are on property. Sorry for any inconvenience.

THE AREA:
The area is packed full of activities. The home is located on the Plumas Pines Golf Resort (plumaspinesgolf.com), and only a 2 minute drive to the Clubhouse. Plus there's multiple world class golf courses in the area, including Whitehawk and Nakoma Resorts.

Downtown Graeagle, is a short drive away (5 Minutes), we're you can enjoy ice-cream by Mill Pond, or unique shopping at the boutique shops. There's also 2 breweries within 5 minutes of the home. Be sure to check out The Brewing Lair, where you can enjoy great craft beers, have a picnic or play Disc Golf on their 9 hole course.

The great outdoors is your backyard here, with multiple lakes, hundreds of hiking trails and fishing on the Feather River, there's something for everyone. For an easy leisure hike, be sure to check out Frazier Falls. If you're a fan of snow, there's cross country skiing, snowmobiling, and back country skiing in the area. If the sunshine is your jam, check out Gold Lake or head up to the historic Jamison Mine.

For the foodies of the bunch, there are great restaurants in the area. Some restaurants are seasonal, so be sure to look them up!

Located just 1 hour from Reno, and 4 hours form San Francisco, you'll save time traveling and spend more time relaxing.

We love this area, and we know you'll have an amazing time! Remember to go explore and soak up all that Plumas County has to offer.

This lovely, roomy condo was just perfect for my family. They loved being on the 8th fairway of Plumas Pines! BBQ'd each night and spent a lot of time on the patio. Played lots of golf and visited Greenhorn Dude Ranch for a trail ride.

Great Location!

This was a great condo. We especially loved being on the 8th fairway...your view is exceptional. The condo was clean and well stocked. Definitely recommend this unit!

Another Great Stay in Graeagle

We had a great stay. The condo was perfect for 4 high school friends to celebrate our 30th annual get together. A lot of golf and sports watching. A nice large tv in the living room and a kitchen that had everything we needed. The host (Mark) was great, very responsive to our questions. We will be coming back in the future!

Restful and Comfortable Retreat

We thoroughly enjoyed every moment of our stay! This retreat home is tastefully and thoughtfully decorated and equipped. The location is ideal. We especially enjoyed being out on the deck with the beautiful views. The extra storage space in drawers and cabinets (eating area and bedrooms/bathrooms) was appreciated. Mark was quickly responsive and easy to communicate with. We are already planning to return!

Teleli Ladies Golf Club from Sonora, California

Eight ladies from our golf club traveled to Graeagel for the Spring Partners two day tournament. Great accommodations for the eight of us, good food, endless chatter and wild card games highlighted our trip. And, two in our group took overall championship in the tournament. Fun Mountain Stay

Property was clean and well stocked. Easy living in unit and spacious family room. We were there for a wedding so spent more time offsite. Cons: As other mentioned, sliding door in family room was difficult to close, no AC which was fine as we had cool days and they had fans in different rooms and we opened door in upstairs Master bedroom to cool room anice maker was not working just ice trays. Nice outlook on golf course and they have protective screens on deck so no worry about errant golf balls.

Home Away from Home

We can't say enough about this beautifully appointed home situated right on the golf course. It truly felt like a home away from home. We both enjoyed some of the best sleep we have had in months in the super comfy bed in the downstairs master. While we didn't cook while we were there since our children own a unit very close by, the kitchen is well-equipped with everything you could possibly need. Great communication with the property owner as well. 5 stars all the way! We will definitely be re-booking in the future.

The ONLY complaint is the backdoor and the sliding screen door. The glass door is very hard to open and one time we closed the screen door and REALLY struggled to get it back open. Luckily it was pretty cool out and we kept the door shut.

Great place to stay

There were 4 of us that stayed at the house and we had a great time. Great location for morning coffee and local walk. Wish we had time to play golf. We would have played ping pong in the garage where the table was set up. But the garage are is not very clean and organized. The table looks like it hasn't been played in a long time. Other than that, we would enjoy staying there again if we head back to the area.

Perfect for our group

Nice. Clean and comfortable, everything worked. Attentive hosts. We wanted to book is again for same time next year however, the price increased and it is getting a little high. We booked another unit, same floor plan for over 25% less. You probably get what you pay for but were willing to take the chance.

Plumas Pines Golf Course Condo

Really great property. 2 golfing couples spent 6 nights and played 5 days at 4 nearby courses. Our favorite Grizzly was played twice! Condo set up and it’s location is perfect. Cool drinks after golf on the deck overlooking the 8th hole was wonderful! The extra frig in garage great for those cold drinks & our excess food. Weather was warm but cooled off nicely at night. Fans a big help but we encountered mosquitos as door screens didn’t close tightly. Our second time in this unit and that will not stop us from coming back.

Renters Beware

The Plumas Pines condos are over 40 years old and this condo hasn't been upgraded so everything appears original. The main problem was that the condo didn't contain any supplies such as coffee, creamer, etc. I didn't see this in the description. All the other condos we've stayed at had everyday supplies. This place looks like a rental only. Bring your own supplies.

Suggestions

All in all was good. A few suggestions, the dinning table is too small for a house that sleeps 10. We were squished in and we didn’t even have 10. Also, more towels would be helpful. More wine glasses too there were only 3 The cabinet where the games were should also be secured to the wall. It is really light weight and tips over easily. All in all everything was great. This is just a few suggestions to make things smoother and more comfortable. We really appreciated the wood for the fireplace and the Christmas trees to help us celebrate Christmas. Thanknyou

Wwonderful Location!

Great location right on the 8th hole of the Plumas Pines Golf Course. Spacious rooms, kitchen was large with enough space for 2 people to work in. Beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. The owner was responsive and easy to work with. We can't wait to stay here again!
