"Visiting Chingford (where I'm from) From New Zealand is a pain, so having somewhere comfortable in a good location helped a lot! Rebecca's house was lovely, spacious and comfortable - and Rebecca is an accommodating host! The location was perfect with easy access into central London, for those days when we didn't want to travel into central we were able to explore the beauty of Epping forest as it was on our doorstep! We could contact the host if we had questions or need something and they responded quickly. The kitchen was fully stocked for us to use. There was a grocery store also just a short walk. "It was a lovely gated community , safe and serene surrounded by nature . A bit far from train station though if you don’t have a car . Harold wood station is 9 minutes drive where you can catch the Elizabeth Line . The only concern was that a fob should be given to long term guests to get in and out of the main gate , that was a hassle . Otherwise I would highly recommend this stay ."

"When we arrived it was very cold in the house. It seemed as if the heating was on, but the hot shower did not work either. After our inspection, the boiler turned out to have no water pressure. After our call to the landlord, the problem was resolved immediately."
