"We really enjoyed what they did with the old mill house. The engineers left enough of the old mill that made it unique. We thought the room was going to be a bit larger but the storage and countertop space made it easy to live in for a couple of days. We really liked that the downtown is being revitalized and are glad to see places like this helping towards that revitalization. The pizza and gelato restaurant was a great find, right downstairs!"

"This room is a great location in downtown Birmingham with plenty of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The place was easy to find and access. My main complaint was the presence of a few roaches, and the bathroom had a VERY strong smell of cat litter. At least that's the first thing that came to mind when I noticed the smell. I spent plenty of time trying to figure out if I had missed something or if the smell was coming from somewhere else. The bathroom was otherwise clean."

"This tiny house apartment is very fresh and new. Homey and spacious for two adults and comfortably furnished. Nice TV and WIFI. It is also convenient to have a washer and dryer in unit. Most necessities are provided, except hand soap. The listing does indicate there are no washcloths; but it mentions toiletries, of which there are only two sample containers of shampoo and conditioner. This is not really an issue, since most people travel with their own shower/bath items. But, hand soap would be...

"Can't beat the location. Feels right in the heart of the city with many places to eat and hangout within 15 minutes.Our host Ryan was professional and responsive.I found that apartment floor was not clean, towels and fan remote were missing. He responded in timely manner and got the issues resolved."

"The location is centrally located on UAB’s medical campus. There are many restaurants near by, as well as, a supermarket if you prefer to get groceries and cook yourself. I had a great experience and would highly recommend a stay here."
