"スタッフの対応が素晴らしい。チェックイン時に部屋をアップグレードしてくれた。大変有り難い。部屋は最上階に2部屋あり、ベッドルームとリビングルームに分かれていた。バスルームには浴槽もあり、日本人には嬉しい。バーミンガムニューストリート駅からは徒歩で少し歩くが、メイルボックスという複合施設と隣接しており、飲食店も豊富で助かった。 また機会があれば是非利用したい。"

"Good size room (King), very good breakfast choice. One improvement I would wish for is a full coffee machine in reception because you have to wait for breakfast which is 7am on a weekend. I am happy for a payable machine not asking for free but I had to wait 1 hour"
