Gillian, who met me, was helpful, friendly and efficient and gave me some good advice about the area. Matresses were a bit basic. Some of the furniture was quite tired and a bit shabbby nb the bedside cabinet/tables. Downstairs bathroom was quite functional - rather barrack room tiles. Overall however a good...
