"The room was nice, good layout, and the sofa area in the conservatory and outdoor space was a bonus. And it was quiet too, which I was worried about as it's a pub. The room wasn't super clean, there were dead bugs and stuff. And some of the room felt tired and tatty. But that wouldn't stop me staying again. However, the biggest issue was there is no wifi in the rooms, and the phone signal isn't great. As I was there to work it was a problem. "

"Gave my card details for three different cards but they didn't work on the system.Luckily the fourth card worked.Their was nothing wrong with any of the cards and if the fourth one didn't work we would not have able to stay even though we had paid the full price in advance"

"Mucho ruido, habitaciones sin aislamiento acústico se escucha el respirar de la habitación de al lado, ni te cuento si tienes la oficina de limpieza o almacenaje de toallas o el ascensor al lado, vulnera el primer principio de un hotel, descanso, el poder dormir plácidamente."

Servicio perfecto.Habitación desastrosa

"Las dos noches que estuvimos hacía una calor sofocante. La habitación era en la buhardilla y el calor acumulado de todo el dia hizo que la habitación era un horno toda la noche. Al no tener aire acondicionado hizo que dormir en esa habitación fuera imposible. Los pequeños ventiladores eran insuficientes. Una cama tenía una pata rota y por la madrugada se acabo de desmontar. El olor a comida por una salida de humo era constante. La ducha no tenía presión de agua y salía un chorro muy débil. Lo mejor el servicio que era excelente."
