Adorned with local Tasmanian artworks by acclaimed artists Nick Glade-Wright and Dallas Richardson, The Baby Penguin seamlessly blends contemporary design with the natural beauty of its surroundings.

As the day gently fades into evening, take a stroll to the nearby Blowhole and witness a magical sight: native Little Penguins gracefully waddling along the rocky shoreline. After your enchanting encounter, return to The Baby Penguin and unwind in comfort. You can relax on the terrace, enjoying the remaining warmth of the day in the surrounding nature, or gather around the inviting fire pit to share stories and laughter with loved ones as you cosy up under the starry Tasmanian sky.

While we understand the significance of this modern amenity, Wi-Fi is not available at this property. The BabyPenguin is just that a neat two person unit with king size bed, ensuite, well equipped kitchen with a selection of cutlery and crockery that matched, sharp knives, cleaning supplies and quality tea towels. Wall heater, bathroom towels and face washers which are a must. A short walk to the blowhole and a variety of places to eat or enjoy coffee. There are gift shops nearby and quality bakeries.

Great location

The property is a self contained unit. It was as expected. No WI-FI. When booked it was listed with Wi-fi which was later removed. This would have affected my initial booking. The location was great though which was a bonus

The property was nice and clean and comfortable. I liked the outside dining set and fire pit. Unfortunately the Venetian blind was jammed open so we had no privacy for entire visit.

Cute tiny house but....

The location of the rental is great! It's right up the street from the bicheno blow hole and a short walk or drive to most of the shops and restaurants in town. I also enjoyed the neighbor cat that frequently likes to hang out next to the property. I was kind of bummed that the listing mentions wifi and television but there was no wifi and the tv only had music channels. The bed was stiff and had stains on the comforter.

Beautiful Bicheno

Very compact property. Great u could park the car right next to shack. Could walk everywhere in the town and coastal walks. The place was very quiet, clean and tidy but the outside lawn area needs some major tlc and there was no outside light.
