"Clean room, cute vibes, great restaurants and location to Sleepy Hallow halloween fun!"

"Good location to Tarrytown and NY Thruway"

"Staff was so friendly and helpful. Older property but no complaints. Room clean, bed comfortable. I like to walk and there was a safe area for that. Breakfast quick and doable. Don't hesitate if you are looking for a good price."

"NO ICE. When I asked why they have no ice the front desk lady said they don’t have ice at this hotel. I again asked why and got a smart mouth answer. I’m trying to figure out why there are no ice machines she said they’re aren’t any. Dirty property. Unsafe parking area. Worn out carpet, bathroom fixtures, Pass on this crappy hotel!!!"

"What the $@#&"

"Check-in was confusing and poorly organized, which made the start of the stay frustrating. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but the photos on the website were misleading and didn’t match what we saw in person. Overall, an okay room but not the experience we expected."

"I like breakfast and clean room"

"The free parking and breakfast were nice. We had an obstructed view from both windows and the water took 10-15 minutes to warm up with each shower use. That was absolutely horrible. We asked for more toilet paper, the never sent it up and had to ask again."

"The price & location were good, approx 10 mins outside of Sleepy Hollow where we were visiting. I have stayed at many HI Express’s and the front desk staff here was the least friendly of any I have stayed at. A simple Hello or Have a good night goes a long way. The staff in the breakfast buffet were very friendly. Our room was clean but in a very odd location-it was the first room outside the lobby. It was noisy in the morning when people were having their breakfast. I would not recommend this...

"Need some TLC especially in most expensive suites on first floor. Room looks and feels old. Not great"

"We checked in A water pipe broke No a/c No tv Hallway and hotel smelled terrible No answers when it will be fixed No manager on duty So far no compensation offered me and when I asked they said maybe they will give me 15000 miles for a 3 night stay which cost 60000 miles per night 180000 miles"

"our room was just okay not worth the money. The walls are paper thin could hear our neighbors full conversation at 6am. When we mentioned it to the front desk they could have cared less."

"1 star truly doesn't do it justice. This was by far the worst hotel experience I've ever had and that's saying something! There is so much I don't know where to start...1st the front desk staff (excluding the one female with braids who works wknds) either doesn't know they work in hospitality or have no idea of what the word means. I was there 2x weeks and only one person ever said good morning and she wasn't a cleaner. They are rude and lack basic courtesy. Breakfast: Old blonde woman once...
