"The best "

"Buen hotel para un par de noches , buena atención y cerca de todo …"

"Todo bien "

"Check-in was confusing and poorly organized, which made the start of the stay frustrating. The room itself was fine and comfortable, but the photos on the website were misleading and didn’t match what we saw in person. Overall, an okay room but not the experience we expected."

"After flying in with four of us from Los Angeles on a Red Eye, we had to drive around for 4-5 hours until we were able to check in at 4pm, however after hours of trying to get into the property with no answer on the contact number ,we finally were able to have the local property manager come out and say that the property overbooked and had no room for us. I spent over 2 hours on the phone getting the run around by Expedia with mixed stories of our accommodations. FINALLY with now the story is...

"Property was missing needed items and it took two days to get them(coffee maker). For the price you get what you’d expect. Older property with some updates needed. Everything worked but older appliances. "

"did not respond from the morning day of check-in. Responded to me all the way up until the day I was supposed to stay in the house do not book with these people they are scamming"

"It was a scam the house was never a villa and someone lives there they lied and are scammers"

"The place was not accurate and likely a scam. The listing should be removed. We arrived at the location with no real instructions on how to access the space, phone number on the listing was not an active number. We asked for our money back and still waiting for it. DONT STAY OR RESERVE THIS LOCATION. It's likely a scam!"

"The property was double booked and they took my money and the code was never received therefore I could not check in to the property. I’m still waiting on a refund of $416.02 . The property should not be listed if people are occupying it. I was distraught when I found out this on my birthday weekend scrambling to find a place to go at almost midnight. This person should be banned from renting out this property so that it doesn’t happen again!"

"Siempre es mi lugar preferido para llegar a NY "

"Siempre todo excellence, el personal , la limpiesa y el desayuno Las recamaras en fin todos me gusta"

"No es verdad que incluye desayunos solo hay café 24 horas, no me hicieron la habitación ni un solo día, solo entraron a cambiar el último día las toallas."

"Buen hotel , linda vista , falta limpieza en las áreas sociales "

"Very noisy if you get a room by the lobby or the restaurant. The blackout electric shades didn't work, we called to be fixed and they never did it. "

"Me encanta ,genial totalmente todo ."
