"Excellent service from the start, I was extremely impressed. I have previously stayed at the Ritz Carlton and Raffles, and I must say from a service perspective, this tops them all. The room sizes are very spacious and beds are really comfortable. Location is fantastic, walking distance to the mall and beach club. Concierge service was amazing, especially Jeff who went above and beyond to help guide and advise us. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely be back again soon."
