"Stay was amazing room is spotless. Really enjoyed the stay. but the only thing which really annoyed is when we arrived at the airport the pick up staff was so rude we waited outside the airport near hotel buses shuttle around 45 mins. He can and said oh you guys have to see the board in my hands and talk to me. When we try to explain that the airport staff told us to wait outside. He replied that it’s not your private transport. It is the shuttle bus which you guys have to know the timing and...

"The overall experience was beyond fantastic. The room was clean, the food was great and lots of options and availability. The staff were great and a special thanks to Simon the chef and all restaurant team. The swimming area was great too, thanks to Ly, ths life guard. Location great and overall experience was great. Checked in on 9 Feb 2026, room 436 and checked out 19 Feb 2026. We were two adults with a 6 year old. Highly recommended and will visit again. "

"Appena arrivati siamo stati accolti benissimo, check in rapido in cinque minuti, poi la ragazza che parlava benissimo l’italiano ci ha accompagnati nelle camere e ci ha spiegato in una maniera dettagliata tutto. La camera era impeccabile e disponeva di ogni comfort, il servizio era eccellente, il migliore che io abbia mai visto. Dall’asciugacapelli ghd ad ogni tipo di toiletries. "After a 13 and 10 hour flight, a hot shower and clean bed was the best part of our travel. It was exceptionally convenient for the hotel to be in the airport. I wish more airports had a hotel like this. We stayed on our way to our destination and on the way home. "

"This hotel was great, staff were friendly and helpful rooms were spacious clean and had everything we needed. The buffet breakfast was fantastic with lovely staff members. Stayed with 3 young children and we didn’t have anything to fault. Balcony has amazing views , pool was excellent especially the children’s pool which was temperature controlled. Would definitely recommend! "
