"Really felt at home in this lovely flat. Was perfect for our needs. Beautiful outlook onto the river. Clean, peaceful and well equipped."

"Great location, central and with free parking! It was spacious, comfy and a fantastic shower!!!"

"No issues at all, easy, great location"

"Absolutely exceptional property! Excellent location and was easy to get to. Communication between the hosts and myself was fantastic. They were extremely helpful and professional. The property was fabulous! Very very clean, everything about it was beautiful. I’m so jealous of the bathroom, I would love it in my own home! The little details of biscuits and high end body wash was appreciated. Lots of space to get ready with your friends. It really has everything. If you’re going to stay in...

"The rooms were well prepared and clean. Location was very convenient for our needs during the stay. "

"V clean and central. Good communication with the owner"

"Clean rooms , lovely staff wonderful location . However it would be really helpful if there are some options of same gender en-suites ."

"The room was clean and had everything we needed .Quiet location set in the beautiful Lickey Hills , comfortable bed, spacious room, plenty of tea milk etc, parking good location stunning garden, the Hosts were very Accommodating we will return ."

"Great apartment in a decent location, but it was badly let down by basic attention to detail. "The rooms were very close to the zoo and Black Country Living Museum. Check in was easy and we received the codes needed on the morning we were arriving. The bed was comfortable and a small amount of tea/coffee was provided. The only negatives are that it was a noisy location and the rooms could do with a deep clean."

"We booked this property for our family of 8, including young children and elderly parents, based on the listing, photos, and description, which clearly indicated that there would be enough beds for everyone. Unfortunately, on arrival we found that the sleeping arrangements did not match what was advertised. The first-floor bedroom had only one bed, even though the listing photos showed two beds. The second-floor bedroom was advertised with one double bed and one single bed, but it only had one...

"Booked this apartment many times and there have never been any issues"

"Well equipped apartment in a fabulous location. The only suggestions for improvement would be a new mattress- springs could be felt through the bedding and ideally a more comfortable sofa. Communication with the owner was excellent. All in all we had a lovely stay and would book again."

"Cannot comment as we were sent to a different loction at the last minute"
