"Very clean and nice staff, close to a lot of eating places, Walmart and Kroger not to far"

"We were in town for the Regatta, so the hotel was crowded. Everything was clean, staff was friendly, especially at the breakfast area. The breakfast was a nice bonus with a waffle machine, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon, muffins, yogurt and cereals."

"Spider on the bed when we first got there. Room has a Light Smell like a refrigerator with old food in it. Zero towels No drain cap for the shower and hair and nastiness was in there. Staircase is just exposed dimensional lumber. No carpet or anything. And no sign of ongoing construction. No elevator. Very loud AC in first room Asked to change rooms Asked for towels and was given a stack of new bath mats. New room had mystery meat in the freezer (photo attached as proof) Pool is freaking...

"This was one of the few rooms left in town for Madison Regatta 2026. Pretty standard for a pet friendly hotel, we were traveling without our dog, definitely in need of a massive remodel. Front desk had a left over Covid glass in place, so communication required asking for repeats at loud volumes coupled with several middle eastern accents it was frustrating to try and communicate. Enclosed pool was not vented nor air conditioned, it was stifling to even walk in the door. Lots of trash in...

"Unable to get 2 extra towels...we were told that there was a towel shortage. At a hotel?, thats just ridiculous!"

"Experience was good for single male. Reservation, check-in were excellent. Location was good just off I71. A/C was excellent. Room was clean but we'll used with some visible mold in bath area. Floor needed to be replaced. Breakfast was basically non existent. Coffee, pastry and banana."
