ABOUT THIS HOUSE
This grand home is located in Turtle Walk of Bethany and is perfectly located in the Town of Bethany Beach, less than 1.5 miles to all that Bethany has to offer - sand, beach, boardwalk and entertainment. With 6 bedrooms and 3 full-baths, this is a perfect getaway for one large family, for multiple families, for a weekend with friends, etc. You will find a beautifully appointed home with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy your vacation.

THE SPACE
With nearly 2800 sf, you will find plenty of space to spread out and relax while enjoying your Bethany Beach vacation. There are multiple living and entertaining areas to easily accommodate up to 14 guests. In addition to the 6 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms you will enjoy a large and fully stocked kitchen with island, dining room, two family rooms, enclosed sun-room, rear deck with grill and dining table and so much more.

The property has been nicely updated and maintained by the owners. There are wood floors throughout, a large main level laundry room and a large shed at the rear of the home for beach supplies or your bikes. There are multiple options to get to Town including driving (Bethany Beach parking pass provided during the summer), walking, biking or during the summer take the Bethany Beach Trolley which stops in front of the house.

For your enjoyment at the house you will find a TV in every bedroom and in two of the living areas (8 TV's in all). All TV's are Smart TV's so you can enjoy your Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, etc. There is WiFi and Internet for use by guests, board games, puzzles and more.

The cleaning fee includes clean, fresh, professionally laundered sheets for the beds. If guests wish to bring their own sheets then fee for sheets can be refunded.

Guests are responsible for bringing their own bath towels and beach towels.

GUEST ACCESS
Guests will access the home with a code provided prior to check-in. The driveway in front of the home has room for four cars and there is street parking as well (please do not park on the grass).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Guests are responsible for bringing their own bath towels and beach towels. Clean sheets/linens are provided for all of the beds as part of the cleaning fee. If guest wants to bring their own linens then fee can be refunded.

Perfect for our 3 families, including children and a dog. We liked the separate spaces - living room and smaller room as well as the open kitchen and dining area. It was a quick drive to the beach. We appreciated the 2 parking passes, 2 rental umbrellas and the host next door.

Wonderful Weekend!

This is a beautiful property. It is homey, super clean and well-maintained and luxurious. There are so many cozy areas and breezy sunny areas to gather. We were right on the trolley line, which was perfect for the folks who didn’t want to walk to the beach. We enjoyed every moment!

The beach is our happy place.

The house was better than we could have expected. The spaciousness was wonderful allowing each of our grandchildren ages 13 -21 their own space. The house was very clean and had all the attributes a family could need. The location with the Trolley stopping in front of the house was amazing. We all look forward to coming back again!

We had a great family beach week, enjoying the amenities at this great location. Everything we needed was here, including parking passes for downtown and a short walk to the trolley stop! It met my expectations and the description was accurate. Thanks for a great stay!

Great place for two families

We had a great time at Turtle Walk! There was plenty of room for everyone and TV’s in every room. Jeffrey was easy to communicate with and quick to respond. We highly recommend renting this house in Bethany Beach!

Beautiful Stay-Would Stay Again!

Great house with more room to sleep in than listed. The kitchen was loaded with items you need to cook as well as a supply of other ingredients/coffee/etc. Easy to access and in a great location- drivable to Bethany and Rehoboth. We did have an issue with flys everywhere, as those became annoying because they kept coming in through the sun room. Absolutely recommend staying here!
