"Laundry machines were not working, we were staying for a few days to do sports, it would have been nice to clean the uniforms. First night there, several cars were broken into. However, my grown son rented a room for one night at the same time, and he left early because his room was dirty (cigarette butts on the floor, three pieces of trash in corners, and the mattress seemed broken down and was definitely unacceptable. Staff in general were not friendly – the only one who was friendly and helpful was the woman at the desk in the evening. Breakfast was OK however, the coffee was a machine and was...

"the bathroom was terrible the toilet seat was loose , the shower drain was filthy and the tub was not very clean ,the shower curtain was dirty. I would have ask for a refund if i could have got my money back ."

"I’ve stayed at this Hampton many times and usually everything is great, however, this time the elevator was out of service during my entire stay. I’m fortunate I’m healthy and my room was only on the second floor. I witnessed some elderly visitors trying to navigate the stairs. This is not the first time in the last year the elevator was down."

"The room had a smell of humidity and the floors and bedding felt damp. Everything was clean but it felt sticky in the room. Not sure if it was from the air conditioning unit or not."

"The pool was very dirty way too much chlorine and dirt all on the floor the hotel was very musty and humid with the smell of dog the room itself was clean but the TV did not work half the night there were no towels in the pool area we called the front desk to tell them and they brought 3 towels with 4 of us in the pool"
