Welcome to Nanny's Beach House, a charming holiday chalet located in the scenic Berrara Beach Chalets. This cosy beach chalet offers a comfortable retreat for up to five guests, with two bedrooms and one bathroom.

Things to note about the property:

- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon is available.
- Shared Laundry facilities
- Guests are Required to supply their own firewood.
- No smoking inside the Chalet
- No pets allowed.
- No Wifi available and mobile reception unreliable

Inside:
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by the inviting open plan kitchen, dining, and lounge area. The lounge features plush blue chairs, creating a relaxed and coastal ambiance. The room is adorned with a delightful mix of pinks and blues, adding a touch of charm to the space. Underneath the coffee table, you'll find an assortment of board and card games, perfect for entertainment during your stay.

Walking past the kitchen, you'll find the shower and sink on the left, and the toilet on the right. Both areas are tastefully decorated with artificial plants, adding a refreshing touch to your daily routine. Beyond the bathroom, you'll discover the two comfortable bedrooms, providing a peaceful haven for a good night's sleep.

Outside:
Nanny's Beach House also features a lovely veranda, complete with a table and chairs, where you can enjoy outdoor meals or simply soak up the beautiful surroundings. For those who love to barbecue, a BBQ grill is available for guests to use. Additionally, there is a fireplace where guests can cosy up during cooler evenings. Please note that guests must bring their own firewood as it will not be provided.

Location:
To ensure your comfort, the beach house is equipped with air conditioning, allowing you to relax and unwind in a pleasant indoor climate. Like the other chalets in the Berrara Beach Chalets community, Nanny's Beach House offers a stunning view and quick access to both the Berrara Lagoon and Berrara Beach.

*Please note* that Berrara Waters Chalets are a Private Estate and NOT a Holiday Resort. Please respect others by reducing noise levels in all outdoor areas after 10.00pm.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.

Quiet and secluded

Great position, quiet and peaceful for a relaxing time out. Well stocked with kitchen utensils, outdoor setting and comfortable lounge.

Great location but an OK stay

The cleanliness of this property was a real let down. Especially in these crazy COVID times, it was quite uncomfortable to realise that the property hadn't had a proper clean between the last holiday tenants and us arriving. The bathroom (the shower in particular) was grimy, the baking trays and the bbq still with food on it, the doona covers were unclean with dried food stuck to it, toys left under the coffee table, the floors needed a vacuum, dead bugs everywhere and the glassware stained with a terrible unclean smell. The lack of cleaning products at the cabin meant that you couldn't clean the bathroom even if I tried and there really should be paper towel provided. Unfortunately it soured the experience as we loved the location. This is the third cabin we have stayed in at Berrara Waters and this particular cabin falls well short of the standard of the other two cabins. The doona covers, lounge pillows and the lounge chairs need a good clean and potentially an update just to make it a bit more comfortable to use. A lot of the facilities in this cabin unfortunately gave me the icky feeling of living in a communal space with strangers like in a backpackers, however the price does not match that of a backpackers. The price is too expensive for the quality of the cabin I feel. Beautiful spot and location, and that brought the overall rating up.
