"Super fedt hotel med god sikkerhed og super fine værelser. De kan dog arbejde på deres check-in, da køerne bliver ekstremt lange ved åbne for check-in og selvom der stod 8 personaler, så gik det hele så ulidelig langsomt. Personalet bør huske at kigge op og smile til deres gæster selvom ting stresser. ..."

"The room was nice, breakfast was just ok, but the hotel was impersonal. At checkout, we were leaving a day early due to a flight change and they wouldn’t provide an invoice. When we said thank you and goodbye, they just raised their eyebrows and didn’t said ok we’re done, you can go. The other hotels ..."

IntercityHotel Berlin Airport BER Terminal 1+2
"Good hotel, nothing fancy but perfect for staying overnight right before an early flight. They didn't have any family rooms so we booked two double rooms and they put us next door, which was helpful! There were little fridges in each room, which was great!"
