Elegant, luxurious gallery flat in the heart of Berlin The 45m² flat in the Wilmersdorf district impresses with its extravagant ambience. The integrated fitted kitchen offers everything you need for cooking, i.e. cooker with ceramic hob, sink, microwave, kettle, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and coffee machine. The floor in the entire flat is made of wood laminate. The living room is furnished with a cosy sofa, a large flat-screen TV with DVD player and a wardrobe. The large sleeping gallery invites you to dream! Also with a television, of course! Despite the pleasantly quiet location next to a park, you are not far from the hustle and bustle of the city. The flat is located in a side street of the world-famous Kurfürstendamm with numerous shops and restaurants. The nearest underground station is Hohenzollernplatz, approx. 50 metres away. The Ku Damm underground station is 400 metres away. Can be reached by car: Messe approx. 5min, Kurfürstendamm approx. 1min, Potsdamer Platz approx. 5min, Alexanderplatz approx. 10min. For guests staying longer in Berlin, a cleaner can be provided. Pets allowed by arrangement. Please bring your own bed linen and towels. The gallery is to be used on your own responsibility. Bonjour, j'ai noté une petite fuite d'eau sous l'escalier, je ne sais pas si elle vient du réfrigérateur ou de la salle de bain. Je trouve qu'il manque une petite lampe dans le salon pour donner une lumiere plus intime. Sinon, tout était parfait. Merci.

Gute Unterkunft in hervorragender Lage

Die Unterkunft ist zweckmäßig eingerichtet und befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage.Die Ausstattungsliste sollte überarbeitet werden. Weder die Waschmaschine noch der Fön sind angegeben, obwohl sie verfügbar sind. Das ist für die Reiseplanung wichtig zu wissen. In Summe machte die Wohnung einen ordentlichen Eindruck, an manchen Stellen konnte jedoch mal wieder etwas genauer geputzt werden.

Schön ruhig gelegen im Seitenhaus, alles da, was man braucht, total unkompliziert. Das Bad ist recht eng, haben uns die Zähne in der Küche geputzt. War aber kein Problem. Wir kommen gerne mal wieder.

Good place in fine neighbourhood

The apartment was fine and location was good. Unfortunately you could not stand upright in the bedroom area and the stairs required some agility. The shower drain and corners in the cabine were incredibly dirty, but the rest of the apartment was nice and clean. Great that there was a washing machine. We had a good stay. Berlin is a great place.

Urlaub im Grünen mitten in Berlin

Gute ruhige Lage, man ist schnell am Ku-Damm. Es sind U-Bahnstation in der Nähe. Super Restaurant in Laufnähe. Die Wohnung ist groß genug, das Bett ist in einer separaten Ebene. Direkt vor der Tür ist ein Innenhof mit vielen Pflanzen und Bäumen. Die Wohnung liegt in einer Sackgasse, parken gegen Gebühr möglich.

Gerne wieder !

Gemütliche Einzimmerwohnung-Ferienwohnung mit Schlafempore. Sehr ruhig im Innenhof gelegen. Um die Ecke gleich zwei U- Bahn Linien, so dass man alles perfekt erreichen und entdecken kann . Zu Fuß sind es ca. 20min zur Gedächtniskirche.

Kann diese Wohnung nur empfehlen, es fehlt an nicht tolle und ruhige Lage. U-Bahn U3 Station ca.200m und mit Bus 249 ca. 8min am Zoologischer Garten. Jederzeit sofort wieder. Einfach schön und die Wohnung hat was mit dieser schönen Galerie. Top

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, strenge Nachbarin

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm. Ich hatte keine Beanstandungen. Nehmen Sie Rücksicht auf die Nachbarn und gehen Sie sorgsam mit der Wohnung um, dann ist ein toller Aufenthalt garantiert.

Angenehme Wohnung für !!!zwei!!! Personen!

Die Wohnung, in optimaler Lage, hat uns gut gefallen. Besonders zu betonen ist die Unkompliziertheit der Vermieter. Schlafgallerie & Küche sehr nett! Für drei Personen war nur improvisiert Platz. Die vorgesehene Luftmatratze ist undicht, daher musste die 3. Person auf das extrem Weiche Sofa. Die Sauberkeit war ok. Bis auf weitere, wenige Makel hat uns die Wohnung gefallen.
