We offer this charming 150 m² single-storey house with private pool for rent in the Bergerac area, which can accommodate up to 6 travelers. It comprises an attractive 70 m² living room (with fireplace), a fully-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms, a bathroom and a 5,000 m² garden. The accommodation comprises
- A 70 m² living room with several sofas, a Sony flat-screen TV (with Canal +), a fireplace (wood provided) and a teleworking area with a large desk.
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, induction hob, espresso machine (capsules) and filter coffee machine...
- Bedroom 1: king-size bed (180×200)
- Bedrooms 2 and 3: queen-size bed (160×200)
- Large bathroom with shower and whirlpool bath
- Separate WC

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment : gas barbecue, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

Exterior :
- A 9×4m swimming pool (private, unheated) with alarm. Open from May to October, weather permitting. Opening dates non-contractual, subject to change.
- A beautiful 5,000 m² garden, private, sunny, fully enclosed (one large electric gate and one wicket door) sunbathing area, outdoor chairs and tables, stone benches.

The house is ideally located in Bergerac, in a very pleasant and quiet environment. You can benefit from the shopping area 10 minutes away (Leclerc, GrandFrais, Picard, restaurants...) and the town center 6 km away.

- End-of-stay cleaning includes preparing the accommodation for future visitors. Please leave in a clean and tidy condition and clean all appliances after use.
- A parent is responsible for children's swimming. Opening dates non-contractual.
