Accessible by elevator, completely renovated with top-of-the-line designer finishes and modern parquet flooring throughout, it features: a living room with an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and two balconies, perfect for enjoying pleasant moments outdoors.

The Space
• The kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality cabinetry, including a distinctive console table that can be used for breakfast or as a work surface; the appliances are state-of-the-art: dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee maker, and electric kettle; there is also a full set of tableware for 8 people.

• Inside the living room, there is a relaxation area with a 6-seater sofa that converts into a bed and a 65-inch TV; there is also a second area with a very elegant table that seats up to 8 people, perfect for lunches and dinners with friends.
From this room, you can access the balcony, which features a couple of small tables perfect for outdoor breakfasts.

• Entering the sleeping area, which is completely separate from the living area, the three bedrooms are meticulously designed down to the last detail; they all feature queen-size beds, are very bright, and have spacious closets to store everything guests need

• The two bathrooms—one of which has a window—feature not only standard fixtures but also spacious, modern showers with shower enclosures and waterfall showerheads. One of them also houses the washing machine, which is available for guests’ use.

• The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning, a security door, double-paned windows for sound and thermal insulation, aluminum window frames, electric roller shutters, and Wi-Fi accessible in all rooms.

• Included are a welcome kit with towels of various sizes, blankets, pillows, sheets, and comforters, as well as coffee and water, and of course everything you need for cooking (pots, dishes, silverware, etc.)

• Pets and smoking are strictly prohibited inside the apartment and on the balcony

The apartment is located on the fourth and top floor of an elegant, stately building, offering a quiet and private setting, ideal for relaxing after a day of work or exploring the city.

The location is central and convenient, with easy access to both the train station and Bergamo Airport. The apartment is situated on a quiet, traffic-free cul-de-sac, where it’s generally easy to find free parking—a detail particularly appreciated by guests.
