"The layout of the restaurant room was a bit awkward, but the ocean view and the in-room hot springs are excellent! Only issue was that communication with staff. English does not seem to be well understood when we tried to reach the front desk. But overall we enjoyed the hotel well!"

"Drinks and nibbles offered twice a day which was lovely after the heat of the day. Pool was a lovely addition and great to cool off. Very clean. Room was large although felt very dated. No headboards, lots of dirty marks on desk and lamps and the windows were celotaped to stop noise from pool. Onsen ..."

"スタッフさんの対応も、色んなサービスも、食事もとっても良かったです。宿泊日は満室と言われてましたが、温泉も食事する際も、それほどの混雑を感じる事なく気持ち良く利用できました。ただとても暑い日で、部屋前の廊下がエアコン効いてなかったのがちょっと残念でした。〜端の部屋だったので、厳しかったのかな…〜"
