Our townhome in the Trailhead Mews is the ideal Bentonville location. 2 blocks to downtown Bentonville's entertainment district, 1 block to the renowned Blake Street House, and DIRECTLY on the trailhead of the famous mountain biking trail, Slaughter Pen Trail. It also backs up to Compton Gardens - a lush trail that leads straight to Crystal Bridges. Within 1.5 miles of our home, enjoy The Momentary, 8th St Market, and more.

Inside, you'll find luxury amenities for up to six people. Unwind in our bright, open concept living room, cook a meal in our state-of-the-art kitchen or enjoy some fresh air and great views off the balcony. When you're here, you'll have access to everything you need to have a relaxing stay away from home.

When you first get to our home, you'll enter through our private one-car garage. This will lead you into our first living space - we call this The Parlor. Here, you'll find hooks for your belongings, a couch, a chair and a Samsung Smart TV. 

If you head up the stairs, you'll enter into our open concept living, kitchen and dining area. This space is flooded with tons of natural light and features luxury, modern decor and furnishings. Straight ahead, you'll see our living space, which features a couch, lounge chair, entertainment center with board games and TLC Roku TV. From here, you'll also have access to the balcony through two glass doors.

Take a right and you'll enter our state-of-the-art kitchen. This space has a large granite island, tons of built-in storage and all the amenities you need to create your favorite meal, baked goods, or cup of coffee. Through the kitchen, you'll see our 6-top dining table, which sits next to a floor-to-ceiling window.

When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our four luxury beds:
(1) Our Master bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, large closet, desk area and stunning en suite bath.
(2) Our second bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, closet and connected bath.
(3) Our Queen pullout & Queen air mattress can be found on the first floor living area. 

Looking for a little adventure? Our trailside patio has direct access to the Slaughter Pen Trailhead! Or walk a few steps down the road to enjoy Downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges, Blake Street House, The Momentary, 8th Street Market and more.

Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Please note there are exterior cameras facing the driveway for security purposes.

Other Things to Note:
★ Not pet-friendly.
★ Guests may park 1 car in the garage attached to our unit. The garage dimensions are 21'2" deep, 9 feet wide, and 7 feet tall at the garage door. Overflow parking is available nearby on NE B Street. Please note that parking on the shared driveway is not permitted. Additionally, large trucks, SUVs, and vans will not fit in the garage or the designated street parking.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- Please note you cannot park in the shared driveway.

The check-in process and communication with the manager was excellent. They were very prompt and very thorough and made it a smooth process. Property was clean and just as expected. It was a and we enjoyed our time there. An excellent property and very well managed.

Smooth process perfect location, good water pressure in the shower just wish the blinds blocked out more of the morning sun. This was our 3rd stay at this location and can't thing of a more convenient location in Bentonville

This property is a beautiful three story condo on the edge of the downtown square and close to the walking path to the south entrance of Crystal Bridges. Modern furniture, good lighting, well appointed kitchen, one car garage all good. Unfortunately the entry code had to be reset remotely and required several calls, there was no working coffee pot and the ice maker did not work. Resolution of these issues was delayed until well after noon. Also frequent automated texts were irritating and a request that we run the dishwasher the night before our departure with no regard to the group needing to eat breakfast seemed ridiculous.

The location can't be beat and everything was fresh, clean and brand new. The property management was very accommodating when I called late in the evening for check-in. I would recommend checking a map for the apartment location if you're going to be arriving at night like I did :)

All around fantastic place for a family. Loved walking to dinner and especially morning bagels :0) Best communication I’ve had from a host, too. We LOVED the 3 Levels giving the teens some private space to hang, but if you are older and have trouble with stairs it may not be for you— but as I said— to us this was just another of the many positives.

Very nice unit, just blocks from the Bentonville square. Lots of restaurants/ bars within walking distance. Also very close to Crystal Bridges which is a must see. Right off the bike trails.
