Our townhome in the Trailhead Mews is the ideal Bentonville location. 2 blocks to downtown Bentonville's entertainment district, 1 block to the renowned Blake Street House, and DIRECTLY on the trailhead of the famous mountain biking trail, Slaughter Pen Trail. It also backs up to Compton Gardens - a lush trail that leads straight to Crystal Bridges. Within 1.5 miles of our home, enjoy The Momentary, 8th St Market, and more.

Inside, you'll find luxury amenities for up to six people. Unwind in our bright, open concept living room, cook a meal in our state-of-the-art kitchen or enjoy some fresh air and great views off the balcony. When you're here, you'll have access to everything you need to have a relaxing stay away from home.

When you first get to our home, you'll enter through our private one-car garage. This will lead you into our first living space - we call this The Parlor. Here, you'll find hooks for your belongings, a couch, a chair and a Samsung Smart TV. 

If you head up the stairs, you'll enter into our open concept living, kitchen and dining area. This space is flooded with tons of natural light and features luxury, modern decor and furnishings. Straight ahead, you'll see our living space, which features a couch, lounge chair, electric fireplace, board games and TLC Roku TV. From here, you'll also have access to the balcony through two glass doors.

Take a right and you'll enter our state-of-the-art kitchen. This space has a large granite island, tons of built-in storage and all the amenities you need to create your favorite meal, baked good or cup of coffee. Through the kitchen, you'll see our 6-top dining table, which sits next to a floor-to-ceiling window.

When it's time to turn in for the night, choose from one of our four luxury beds:
(1) Our Master bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, large closet, desk area and stunning en suite bath.
(2) Our second bedroom is complete with a King-size bed, closet and connected bath.
(3) Our Queen pullout & Queen air mattress can be found on the first floor living area. 

Looking for a little adventure? Our trailside patio has direct access to the Slaughter Pen Trailhead! Or walk a few steps down the road to enjoy Downtown Bentonville, Crystal Bridges, Blake Street House, The Momentary, 8th Street Market and more.

Guest Access:
Guest Access & Amenities:
Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Please note there are exterior cameras facing the driveway for security purposes.

Other Things to Note:
★ Not pet-friendly.
★ Guests may park 1 car in the garage attached to our unit. The garage dimensions are 21'2" deep, 9 feet wide, and 7 feet tall at the garage door. Overflow parking is available nearby on NE B Street. Please note that parking on the shared driveway is not permitted. Additionally, large trucks, SUVs, and vans will not fit in the garage or the designated street parking.

House Rules that are strictly enforced:
- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.
- No parties or events are allowed unless your request was pre-arranged with us, the host, and our event fee has been paid. If an un-approved party or event is discovered, you will be fined $1000.
- This property is not pet-friendly. Pets discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.
- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.
- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.
- Please note you cannot park in the shared driveway.

This place is very nice, very clean, and a great home base if you're there for the MTB trails. There's a lot of stairs but they're good for you right? You can see Wright's Barbeque from your back porch and that place was amazing. Did I mention you can access All American right behind the property? One tip I'd offer is to bring a few extension cords if you have ebikes. You can't get your bikes near an outlet if your vehicle is in the garage.

We didn’t drive our vehicle and were able to access everything via bike or walking. Lots of restaurants, an art museum, children’s museum and tons of walking and biking trails. There are also pumps tracks for kids and adults. The townhouse is beautiful, spacious, and clean. The garage to park bikes is a major plus!

We love the modern style and it was very comfortable. There was a much warmer vibe than I would have expected from the type of architecture. One should note that it is three stories so if you have knee problems or age related problems, this might not be right for you. We had no problems and we are in our '60's. We are long time mountain bikers so we might not be "normal" '60's. We'd love to stay here again if we get the chance.

Very impressed with the property, manager, and location. So close to downtown Bentonville that we parked the car and didnt use it the rest of the week. Right at the start All-American Trail is the perfect start to a day of MTB riding. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms were very nice. Also enjoyed being able to keep the car in the garage all week. A couple of things that really stood out and came in very handy... A fridge with Ice and water dispenser Washing machine and dryer with laundry detergent. Paper Towels in the kitchen Soap, shampoo, and conditioner in the showers Garage to keep your car in Good Wifi The property manager really made an effort for the guests to not have to worry about the incidentals. We'll definitely stay here again during our next trip back.

We had a great time at this property during our family stay. Being able to walk to downtown Bentonville or just jump on slaughter pen trail was a huge perk. It’s conveniently located right across from Wrights BBQ too YUM! As far as the property itself, it was very clean and check in/out was easy. 1st floor was a sleeper sofa and TV. 2nd floor was the living area space/kitchen/and balcony. Third floor consisted of two split bedrooms. There are roller blinds to shut if you need more privacy in most areas, but the concept is to be open which we didn’t mind and enjoyed. The kitchen was supplied pretty well. Plenty of bedding and pillows in various closets. There were board games supplied which was a plus. My only “complaints” which wasn’t much…The balcony door and the house door entrance from the garage was a bit hard to shut. Could have been a bit more supplies in the kitchen. The stairs creek pretty bad, but overall none of these affected our quality of stay. Would definitely rent again.

Great modernist design that is extremely well laid out and comfortable. Maybe the best location in the town. Steps from the square, restaurants, the museum, music venues. We will be using these townhouse as our default Bentonville place to stay. Be advised the stairs are steep and you will be using them a lot so do not pack Hugh heavy bags. Not an ADA place for sure but other wide it is fabulous!

Beautiful 3 story townhouse a couple of blocks from downtown and right next to an extensive bike trail system. Convenient to have a one car garage to store bikes and car. Unit looks brand new, everything worked perfectly. We decided to extend our stay 2 nights because it was so comfortable! The beds were super comfortable. Choose this property for your stay in Bentonville.
