The Space:
Welcome to your home away from home! This spacious single-floor retreat offers a thoughtfully designed layout with comfort and style in mind.

The primary bedroom is a true sanctuary, featuring a king bed, ample storage, and stylish decor. The ensuite bathroom boasts a custom design, ensuring a relaxing and private experience.

The fully appointed kitchen is stocked with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay, and the dining table is perfect for gathering. The living room is tastefully styled, with a sleeper sofa and a smart TV to stream your favorite shows using high-speed WiFi, making it easy to stay connected.

The second and third bedrooms offer cozy accommodations—one with a queen bed and the other with a trundle bed (two single beds), all dressed in fresh linens. The second bathroom features a shower/tub combo and is stocked with towels, toilet paper, shampoo, and body wash for your convenience.

Step outside to enjoy the large fenced backyard, complete with a BBQ grill, fire pit, and comfortable patio furniture—perfect for relaxing evenings.

Parking is available with two spaces behind the home and street parking in front. GPS will guide you to the front of the home, where you’ll find keypad entry for an easy check-in.

With high-speed WiFi, this home is great for entertainment and also ideal for working remotely if needed. Enjoy a stylish, comfortable stay close to downtown Bentonville and top attractions!

Guest Access:
Guests will be provided with door code and instructions 48 hours in advance of their check in time.

Located on the SW side of Bentonville, the home is in a quite neighborhood with a mix of full time owners and renters. You are just minutes away from everything NWA has to offer, from entertainment to dining and outdoor recreation. Here are just a few things with drive times you can expect.
