"Everything was great. Jordan at the front desk was so kind and helpful! The spa was wonderful. The resort itself was beautiful, and the amenities were fantastic! The only exception was The Wet Whistle - the restaurant /tiki bar there on site. They were awful! I’ve had better nachos at Taco Bell. And you don’t have $17 for them!"

"Our stay at the hotel was very disappointing. The room was not up to an acceptable standard, and the bathroom was not clean when we arrived.
Additionally, the bathroom did not have an exhaust fan, causing excessive condensation after taking hot showers. The condensation made the bathroom floor wet and slippery, so I had to use one of our towels to dry the floor to prevent anyone from slipping.

"Room and property are very clean - almost brand new. Easy access to the beach and the pool was lovely. Room was well equipped, note you won't get housekeeping unless you have a long stay. Wish I'd realized this wasn't a traditional hotel - you'll be bothered at least twice to try and get you to go to the "vacation club" presentation.
