Bedroom #3 includes a king size bed and walk-in closet.

The home also includes a half bathroom as well as an additional full guest bathroom adjacent to the third bedroom with a dual vanity and glass shower/tub combo.

• Parking is available for 3 vehicles – 1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Street parking is strictly prohibited.

Bend, Oregon is famous for its outdoor activities and beautiful scenery. You can enjoy art, dining at an award-winning restaurant, spa treatments, or take part in the Bend Ale Trail, which is the largest beer trail in the West. Bend is also great for family-friendly activities like boating on Cascade Lakes. West of Bend are the lakes and peaks of the Cascade Mountains, with ski resorts and multi-use trails. In town, a trail leads up Pilot Butte, an extinct volcano. South, the High Desert Museum showcases the local environment, with history and live wildlife exhibits. In the Newberry National Volcanic Monument, stairs lead into the Lava River Cave, a huge lava tube. Mountain bikers will love Bend’s world-famous 55-mile mountain bike trail system called Phil’s Trails, which starts less than 1/8 mile from the front door. Also, the famous Benham Falls is less than a quarter mile from the house, which is a quick walk down a beautiful nature path.

• No pets allowed. Any presence of pet (s) within the home, will incur an additional cleaning fee charged to the guest.
• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking or vaping inside the home.
• Please take off your shoes when inside the home.
• Please do not log-in to Hulu with your personal account, as it will reset the programming for the whole house. $400 charge to the guest if any of the TV's in the house are de-programmed.
• Please do not exceed the occupancy and # of cars parked for this home.
• Please follow Quiet Hours between 10pm-7am.
• Please report all damages to the host.
