"Wir waren im August 2023 mit 2 Teenagern und unserm Hund dort. Obwohl die Haushälfte zum Hang zeigte war es sehr hell und von den beiden Terrassen vor und hinter dem Haus gab es einen tollen Blick Richtung Meer. Die angegebenen 1 km bis zum Strand sind wohl Luftlinie, also zu Fuß nicht zu machen da es steil bergauf- und ab geht. Aber mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten am Strand. Der Gemeinschaftspool ist sehr schön und in wenigen Schritten zu erreichen. Mit Liegen und Außendusche zwischen Bäumen...

"Wir hatten eine entspannte Zeit, in einem fantastischen Haus und ruhiger Umgebung. Alles war sauber und man hatte den Eindruck das es erst vor kurzem Neu gebaut und eingerichtet wurde. Zu viel um alles aufzuzählen, in der Küche war alles was man brauchte. Smart TV und Internet sind tolle Annehmlichkeiten. Große Kleiderschränke, große Betten. Sehr schöne Bäder. Ein toller 6x3m Pool. "Check in was flawless. Any question through WhatsApp answered immediately. The location is nice and quick but only 5 minutes from the beach , shops en restaurants. The few from the veranda’s is breathtaking. The swimming pool large and beautiful located. The inland’s beautiful green, and deserted. Fantastic views."

"We stayed for two weeks and really enjoyed to be there. We could make nice walks in the quiet area and found a 10 minutes walking way to a more or less private beach. "Wir haben unsere Zeit in der Villa Giulia genossen. Von der Terrasse hatte man einen wundbaren Blick aufs Meer. Im Haus haben wir nichts vermisst. Ein bisschen schade ist es, dass man keine Liegen hat, um auch am eigenen Pool zu liegen und auch einen funktionstüchtigen Sonnenschirm für die Terrasse haben wir vermisst. Dafür ist der Gemeinschaftspool schön groß und dort waren auch Liegen vorhanden. Unser Vermieter hat uns mit vielen Informationen versorgt und uns Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben. Die...

The pool and football table and ping pong were used a great deal. The communication with the agency overseeing our stay was great and all questions were answered. We would definitely return."

"Piero's beautiful villa was everything and more we dreamed of. He was such a gracious host willing to help us with anything. We noticed the pool pump had gone out and within 24 hours on a Sunday he had it replaced and working again. I would highly recommend this villa to anyone wanting to get away and still be close to local businesses and restaurants. I cannot say enough about what an amazing time we had and how incredible the villa and the views were."

"Eine schöne Villa mit schönem Garten.Wir haben viele schöne Stunden mit den Kindern und Enkeln ( 1-5 Jahre) auf der Terasse verbracht. Das Meer war direkt hinterm Haus.Einfach herrlich . Jeden Abend Sonnenuntergang pur. Die Ausstattung war gut. Die Waschmaschine war Gold wert. Spart viele Kilos Gepäck.Auch sonst gab es viele sportliche Möglichkeiten ( Tischtennis, Kanu..) und auch ein Grill. Super!An den Bädern könnte mal was gemacht werden."

"Haus geräumig. Terasse geräumig. Objekt sauber. Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer erfolgte nur über Whatsapp. Persönlich haben wir ihn nicht kennen gelernt. Haus ist sehr hellhörig. Haushalt knapp ausgestattet. Bei Ankunft gab es weder Wasser noch Seife oder Toilettenpapier. Auch Müllbeutel muss man erst selbst besorgen. Zum Meer nur mit dem Auto empfehlenswert. Ausblick wunderschön. Ruhe bekommt man nur, wenn auch die Nachbarn ruhig simd. Unsere waren mit 3 Kindern da und haben bis 2 Uhr Nachts...

"Welcomed by Anna and her husband, who picked me up at the train station, when I arrived in Guardia Piemontese. The house was lovely, immaculate with everything you needed for a longer stay. Has a lovely back yard, lovely garden and outdoor shower. My stay was very relaxing due it’s country atmosphere.
