"The room and property were dirty. There was an unclean odor and vibe overall. We stayed here due to limited options with graduation weekend at Virginia Tech happening the same time we had a wedding to attend. Our bedspread had a red stain on it. The carpet had several white stains strewn in different areas. The chair in the corner was stained and filthy. We didn’t use it at all. The overall condition of the property was dingy. "We stayed here while visiting Radford University for orientation, and it was the perfect choice.
The hotel is beautiful, new, spotless, and offers excellent service. Everything felt comfortable and welcoming from the moment we arrived.
Being able to spend this special time with my son as he begins his college journey made the stay even more meaningful. The hotel is conveniently located and is an ideal place for parents and families visiting students.
I look forward to returning many times...
