"Waited over 45 minutes for our shuttle pick up from airport. Our check in was a very perfunctory matter but reception staff the next morning were far more engaging and helpful. Breakfast in the restaurant was fine. Our room was pretty mingy - sad decor, one side of the bed against the wall, flickering light. Okay for one night."

"Very basic rooms. And while it was clean, the aircon remote was not working, and rooms are not quite as per the photos. Staff were responsive, however not sure the price of the rooms justified the quality and value"

"Buen servicio, personal muy amable y atento, la habitación tenía hormigas y no proporcionaron shampoo, crema ni acondicionador solo una pequeña barra de jabón "

"Lovely hotel, right in the centre of Perth. On site facilities brilliant! Would definitely stay again!"

"Generally the property was clean and well maintained. The problem I had was resolved quickly and in a very good way THE PROBLEM IS THE RESTAURANT. The cooking station of omelets etc is terrible, the omelets you always get it cold and burnt, fried eggs cold and burnt. THE SAUSAGES ARE TERRIBLE. Please change the type of sausages or suppliers. They are always hard and taste like you are eating sand. I think it is not the cooking but type of sausages. I have not eaten such terrible tasting...

"Very clean & trendy. Good to get a bite to eat after our late arrival. We stayed in the disability room was a bit unusual for us not to have a toilet door. But understand why. Great bed. No concerns to voice"

"Really loved this hotel, comfy and great location. Enjoyed the communal working/eating lounge. Didn’t love having to leave my room to make a cuppa and it’s very noisy overnight, that was a surprise to me."
