This beautiful, spacious, fully furnished 5000 square foot rental property has four bedrooms and five bathrooms. This beautiful house is located in Sudden Valley, Bellingham and has the BEST view in the Sudden Valley community.

The view from this rental space is breathtaking, on over 1/3 acre, which is the GEM of Sudden Valley. This custom-built property is overlooking beautiful Lake Whatcom, the Sudden Valley golf course and amazing foothills across Lake Whatcom.

Some of the features in the master bedroom is a gas fireplace, large walk-in shower, large jacuzzi tub with radiant heat throughout the entire house.

The second level also features three bathrooms, two bedrooms, the living room area has newly remodeled fireplace, featuring a mounted flat screen television, surrounded by contemporary tile.

The second level has a wood dining room table that will seat 6 people, another full-size living room with pool table and electronic dart board set as well as the largest most beautiful private deck in the Sudden Valley community.

The Kitchen has been remodeled as well with gorgeous granite, stainless steel refrigerator and dual ovens, with a walk thru pantry.

The first level of the property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with kitchen featuring a theater and media room with 6 reclining chairs, fitness room with mounted television and private outdoor hot tub.

When you rent this property, your family will LOVE having the largest deck in Sudden Valley. This huge private entertainment size deck has surround SONOS sound system with viewing speakers wired outside and inside every room throughout the house for all musical tastes.

As well as breathtaking views of the Sudden Valley golf course and beautiful Lake Whatcom. This rental property is in the Sudden Valley resort community and has all the amenities a family could ask for, featuring the beautiful Sudden Valley golf course, 3 beaches, 2 pools, 4 tennis courts, 1 pickleball court, 1 basketball court and endless hiking, biking and walking trails.

Spacious house in a nice neighborhood. With the windows open some noise from the golf course. Well appointed kitchen. The lighting system is atrocious and needs to be replaced or at least simplified.

I would high recommend this property for a group. There was plenty of space for everyone and great spaces to hang out in. Normally when we rent a house and it says it sleeps 10 in reality that means people on sofas. Not the case here! It was raining during our stay, I can only imagine how much fun it would be in sunny weather!

Overall a nice place for all of us to gather. We happened to be there during the super hot weather, there is no AC, but fans were available and used. There was plenty of room for all of us, the deck was nice and we used the grill so we wouldn’t heat up the house. The house is next to a golf course so we were entertained by some players, although apparently the golf course is mowed everyday (@ 4:30 in the morning)! A few people in our group used some of the facilities and it was nice to have that option. It is a beautiful area and we all had a great visit!

Beautiful home and breathtaking view. Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. The home was very spacious but we were expecting 4 bedrooms and it only has three and the fourth was actually an office with a pullout couch which is not what we rented so the ad needs to be clarified that its not four actual beds. The checkin time says 3 but we weren't allowed to check in until 4. Also, i thought it was odd we had to water all the flowers and plants. I was on vacation and i didn't feel like it was my responsibility to water the landscaping because there was a lot of potted plants and they were pretty but thats not my responsibility and if it was something expected it also should have been told before booking and not a note left on the counter for me.

It is all right there! Beautiful house, beautiful view, boat launch, beach and an off leash dog park for the best friend. Wonderful visit, wonderful time, relaxing and a spectacular view! Just right for our family weekend getaway!
