The Space:

This beautifully renovated Queenslander pairs modern country charm with breathtaking views for an unforgettable stay. Spread across two levels, the home features stylish interiors and warm, welcoming spaces. The showstopper is the expansive pool, perfectly positioned to overlook the paddock, dam, and rolling hills beyond. Free-roaming chickens add a delightful rural touch—little ones will love feeding them and watching them wander. Wraparound verandahs invite you to unwind, whether you’re keeping an eye on the kids in the pool, enjoying a quiet moment with a book and the breeze, or gathering by the fire pit for a cosy evening under the stars.



Inside, the upper level offers a spacious open-plan layout with the kitchen, dining, and living area. The kitchen is made for modern country living, featuring a five-burner gas stove, oven, fridge, dishwasher, and coffee machine. A charming tuckshop-style window opens to the alfresco dining area, perfect for serving up relaxed meals. The living room invites you to unwind with a cosy fireplace, plush sofas, smart TV, and air conditioning.



Upstairs:

Bedroom 1: The spacious main bedroom is a true couples retreat, featuring a luxurious king bed, AC unit, ceiling fan, walk-in wardrobe and breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside. This private primary suite includes a modern open-plan bathroom, creating a seamless blend of comfort and style.



Bathroom 1: The stunning open-plan ensuite is designed for relaxation, boasting a gorgeous standalone peach bathtub with uninterrupted views of the rolling hills. Plus a sleek shower, double vanity and toilet to complete this beautifully styled space.



Bedroom 2: This inviting bedroom includes a comfortable queen bed, a ceiling fan and a built-in wardrobe cupboard for convenient storage.



Bathroom 2: The main bathroom features a double vanity, a bathtub, shower and a separate toilet adds extra convenience for guests.

Downstairs:

Guest Access:

Guests will have access to the entire home, there is space to park 6-7+ cars on the unsurfaced driveway (no garage access). The home is located in a rural residential zone with a gravel road to access.

All sheds are off-limits to guests.​

With no nearby public transport, having a car at your disposal is highly recommended, allowing you the freedom to explore the picturesque Sunshine Coast Hinterland and coastal areas at your own pace.

Other Things to Note:

*Pet-friendly for dogs, upon application - 2 maximum, a $50 per pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.



*Please note we don’t provide pre-cut firewood at the house, but since it’s a farm stay, there’s plenty available for you to collect yourself, or the neighbouring farm across the road sells bundles.



*The area has vibrant wildlife, please advise guests to keep security fly screens closed to prevent animals from entering.​



*Septic system: The house uses a septic treatment system, so only environmentally friendly products should be used. We’ve provided suitable options for guests. Also please ask your staff to put labels or stickers near the toilets and washing area to remind them of septic and remind the guess to use less water.



*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings*



*No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)



*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.



*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.



*Please note this home has external security cameras.



*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
