The 10-acre private lot is perfect — peaceful, quiet, and surrounded by nature. Our pets love exploring the trail, and it’s become our favorite getaway spot. "Wonderful property. Very private location that was within close distance to Sutton's Bay and a great jumping off point to other locations on the Leelanau Peninsula. Lovely updated kitchen with everything needed to cook and serve meals. The outdoor spaces were also updated. The beautiful firepit was a favorite with our family.
