"Overpriced for what you get, though Francesco and the staff were excellent At €165 a night, we expected far more. We booked a studio but were given a standard room with a bed and a sofa squeezed into the corner, right next to reception. The bathroom was the worst of it. There was mould, the shower flooded the entire floor, and the toilet flush was broken. To their credit, the staff responded immediately and fixed what they could. Their promptness can't be faulted. But no amount of good service...

"Perfect room and great experience "

"Beautiful hotel in a beautiful place."

"Too much information shooted at once for check in makes it a bit complicated to understand. More consice information would be better"

"Great location. Clean property."

"We had a lovely stay, views were breathtaking. The apartment was very spacious and clean. Very close to bellagio ferry port so easy to get around the lake como."

"What a great place to stay! It was convenient to everything without being too close to the congestion of Bellagio. The pizza place across the street was convenient and great too. Highly recommend."

"The location is unbeatable—right at the bottom of Bellagio’s famous staircase. We loved sitting on the balcony each evening listening to the live music. The apartment was also very clean when we arrived. A few things to know before booking: there is no air conditioning. During the record-breaking heat wave it was brutal. We had to sleep with the windows open for cooler air, which also let in flies, spiders, and other bugs. This may not be an issue during cooler months, but it’s worth...

"Excellent location in the heart of Bellagio. Everything is within walking distance, and the apartment is very close to the ferry terminal, which makes arriving and departing with luggage very convenient. There is a shorter route with stairs or a slightly longer route without stairs. Once inside the building, you will still need to climb some stairs. The only inconvenience, which is clearly explained in the listing, is that the private bathroom is located on the upper floor outside the apartment...

"Beautiful and surprisingly spacious apartment, wonderful views from two windows and a balcony. Very clean and nicely decorated. But don't bring a big car, as you have to drive through a narrow entrance to the property."

"Great location, clean, and plenty of space for a family of four with a 13 year old and an 11 year old."
