The Dock @ Loch Lomond: Lake - Hot Tub - Golf - Bike

Welcome to The Dock @ Loch Lomond! When you arrive at The Dock your stress level drops! Expect to be entertained your entire stay. Outside we have gorgeous views, private hot tub, fire pit, gently sloped yard to the water, private boat dock/swim deck, newly built gazebo, propane grill, outdoor dining & lounge furniture, & more! Inside is entertaining as well with 3 smart TVs, air hockey, foosball, board games, 2 living areas and of course 3 cozy bedrooms! Book The Dock, we're your one stop shop!

As you arrive at The Dock you'll immediately notice how welcoming the front of the home is with a covered front porch, lounge furniture, propane grill for grilling in any weather and a foldable outdoor ping pong table. You'll also find that there is ample parking for about 6 vehicles in the circle driveway and access to a locked shed if you need secure bike storage. There is also a bike wash station on the side of the front porch for those in town to explore the mountain biking scene.

You're going to want to head straight to the lake but before you do, check out the inside of the home! Entering through the front door there's a great drop zone area with coat hooks for you to kick off your shoes and hang jackets. Beyond the entryway it's open concept with the kitchen/dining/living all being open to entertain the group. The large kitchen is fully stocked for all of your cooking and baking needs so you won't have any trouble creating a delicious meal for everyone. The dining area is equipped to seat about 7 guests and there are an additional 2 barstools at the kitchen island. Don't worry though, you're likely going to eat most meals outside at one of the many outdoor dining/lounge areas. Next to the kitchen/dining area is the upstairs living room equipped with a smart TV for streaming from your own accounts, a dual sided propane fireplace and a large sectional sofa.

On the other side of that dual sided fireplace is a sunroom that is the perfect all season spot to soak in those lake views. On either side of the sunroom are large open decks with panoramic lake views. One side has an outdoor dining table for 6 and the other side has cozy seating for 4. The upstairs primary bedroom walks out to that seating area through French glass doors. In the upstairs primary bedroom you'll find a plush king size bed, dresser, smart TV, walk in closet, and an en-suite full bathroom with tiled tub/shower and shower soaps!

Across the house is the other upstairs bedroom and full bathroom. This bedroom has 2 cozy twin beds, a closet, and designated work station for anyone needing to clock in for a few hours while on vacation. The full bathroom for this bedroom is accessed from the hallway and has a beautiful tile tub/shower with shower soaps.

Now venturing downstairs to the basement you'll find a third bedroom with a comfy queen bed, a walk in closet, dresser, and an en-suite full bathroom. The full bathroom has a tiled tub/shower for you and of course shower soaps as well. Across the house is a large laundry room that you're welcome to use during your stay. This might come in handy as a great drop zone for wet swimsuits, towels, toys, etc. Connecting the two sides of the basement is the perfect game room! Our game room has a large smart TV for streaming from your own accounts, foosball table, air hockey table, 2 sofa's, a wood burning fireplace (not operable due to liability/insurance reasons), and plenty of room to spread out and play games. One of the sofa's pull out to be a Queen size sleeper sofa if you need it.

Last but certainly not least we can explore the back yard! You can access the backyard from the downstairs glass French doors or from the upstairs sunroom staircase. We have a private hot tub on the lower patio, another dining table for 4, a kayak rack with 4 kayaks and 1 SUP board, wood burning fire pit (firewood provided), gazebo with outdoor sectional sofa, and of course a boat dock and swim deck. The setting is beyond perfect for having an amazing time at the lake!

* You will have access to the entire home, yard & dock! The home sits on a large lot and has a grass covered front & backyard area with lots of shade trees making it perfect for yard games, tailgating & hanging at the lake. Enjoy the propane grill on the front covered patio, stare at the firepit, enjoy the private hot tub on the lower back patio, or just soak up the views from many different places.

* Guests are also allowed access to Bella Vista POA amenities as guests if they request guest passes from us within 3 business days of arrival and after booking is confirmed. Instructions given after booking. These amenities are not free but you are given access to them for a cost per activity as a guest. Costs of activities can be found on the Bella Vista POA website.

* We don’t live on site but we love hosting and want to ensure you’re comfortable and enjoying your time at our home. Reach out anytime with questions or needs!

* We provide the initial toiletry items for kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Additional supplies will be the guests responsibility.

* All of our TVs are smart TVs and setup for you to stream from your own accounts.

* All 3 bedrooms have lake views

* Queen sleeper sofa in downstairs game room

* Corn hole, outdoor ping pong, & croquet available to you

* Secure bike storage available if needed.

* Boat/Boat Trailer parking is allowed as long as it remains on the driveway.
