The space
Whispering Timbers is in a quiet residential neighborhood about 2 miles off the main highway in Bella Vista. Newly remodeled in 2022. House is an open concept design, which gives a spacious feel to the living, dining and kitchen area. The very large master bedroom with king bed has its own bathroom and separate access to the sunroom. Bedroom #2 has a queen bed. Bedroom #3 has a twin-over-queen bunkbed. The sunroom is our favorite room in every season with its natural light and view of the woods.
Guest access
Guests can access entire house and garage, except a storage room off the garage where we store supplies.

We had a wonderful stay. Easy drive to all trails in the area. Comfortable beds and accommodations. Enjoyed having my tea on the porch in the morning. Our hosts were quick to respond to any inquires. Only negative is it’s located on a busy road and turning left out of the driveway can be challenging

Wonderful home in quiet area, exactly as pictures show. Well maintained and had everything we needed and more. Very thoughtfully appointed and even had snacks and coffee bar. Close to Mildred Cooper Chapel if you are holding an event there. It was perfect for our stay!

This house was absolutely perfect for what we needed. It was super clean and Mary has literally thought of everything! This was by far the best VRBO experience we’ve had. If we are ever back in the area, this will be our first choice for accommodations. It felt like home.

This home is THE top standard for all other VRBO homes. Incredible place. Quiet, cozy, updated with a spacious floor plan. Comfortable beds. Well-furnished and stocked kitchen. 100% accuracy on representation in listing. Owners Mary/Dino have thought of everything right down to the coffee bar and snack station. The 3 season room is the definition of tranquility. Comfy couch with a big TV. Large Master with bathroom. 3 car climate controlled garage. Couldn’t have found a better property for our stay.

The home is situated on a lovely treed lot, within a safe neighborhood of like homes. Our favorite room was the all season room where walls of sliding glass doors surround you. Our “just the girls” weekend couldn’t have been better. Our hosts took great care to make sure our stay would be perfect! They thought of just about anything one would need for a comfortable stay. Coffee (from the coffee bar) in the sun room in the mornings was so relaxing. Lots of fun birds to watch! The house was super clean and tastefully decorated. It did not disappoint!

The house was clean, the beds were soft and warm, the kitchen was well stocked, the location was convenient and beautiful. It was a nice getaway and the host’s attention to detail was evident. We could not start the fireplace, which was disappointing after winter traveling but the house was still warm and comfortable.

Everything about our stay was excellent. We needed a place to rest, relax, and get re-energized. This gave us what we needed - a comfortable bed, great living area with a large TV and programming, reliable internet, and great access to a beautiful part of northwest Arkansas.

Wonderful home that was very clean and comfortable. The host has excellent attention for detail that included anything we needed. Nice touch included a coffee bar with treats for us. Furniture was comfortable and the sun porch was relaxing to watch the birds. I would definitely stay here again!
