This is a sweet apartment near the university. It has nice high ceilings. Beds were comfortable. It was quiet. If you have a car, know that you only have street parking. It wasnt too bad to find parking, but spaces are tight. The road is two-way, but only one car can squeeze by at a time.

We were in Belfast visiting our daughter who was working with Northeast University at Queens University. Robert our property owner/manager was amazing and so pleasant to communicate with. The property is beautiful. Let’s put it this way, if I was moving to Belfast, I would contact Robert to see if I could rent or buy the property from him. Plenty of room, a bath tub which I’ve not experienced at any other stay I’ve had in the UK along with a washer and dryer which allowed us to bring less clothing. We ventured to the Giants Causeway, to several places in Belfast including the Christmas market and the City Center and even got down to Dublin by bus. The property made our stay a real comfort and helped us to feel safe and warm.

my friend and i enjoyed our quick stay in this flat. the property manager is lovely, the place is huge and comfortable, and the neighborhood is lovely and walkable. would recommend!
