The Neighborhood:
The apartment is a short walk from Belfast City Centre. There is a bus stop close to the building with direct city centre links if you you prefer. You will find a number of shops, bars and restaurants all on your doorstep and there is a Tesco supermarket nearby. Nearby attractions include; SSE Arena: Titanic Belfast, W5, Waterfront Hall and Ulster Rugby. Belfast City Airport is just 10 minutes drive and Belfast International Airport is 30 minutes. Templemore Baths is a 2 minute walk from the front door were you can enjoy their recently renovated Victorian pool and spa. Belfast's famous food market, St. George's, is within walking distance. For those rainy Northern Ireland days there is a bus stop next to the building and Uber or download the Value Cabs app for the local taxi experience.
Getting Around:
Lanyon Place train station is 10 minutes walk. This is an important junction for Northern Ireland trains and from here you can travel directly to Bangor, Holywood, City Airport, Newry (Mourne mountains), Portrush (Beach), Derry-Londonderry, Dublin and everywhere in between.
There is a bus stop within 1 minute walk of the building entrance. Free street parking is readily available on Templemore Avenue. Uber is readily available but we also recommend downloading the local tax app for Value Cabs.

Towels, linens, and basic toiletries are provided.
• Check-in & arrival
Standard check-in is from 3pm. Please confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance, as we are not based on-site.
Early check-in may be available on request (subject to cleaning schedule) — £30. The only way to guarantee early check-in is to book the night before.
• Check-out
Late check-out may be available on request — £30. To guarantee a late check-out, please book an additional night.
• Sleeping arrangements
The apartment includes a double bed (2 guests) and a sofa bed in the living room (for bookings of 3–4 guests).
Extra linens for the sofa bed are included for bookings of 3–4 guests. For bookings of 1–2 guests, additional linens can be provided on request (£40).
• During your stay
Mid-stay cleaning (including fresh linens and towels) is available for £90.
• Infants
A travel cot can be provided for one infant (£40 per stay, up to 1 week).
• Pre check-in requirements
After booking, you’ll receive a short check-in form requesting ID and arrival details. This must be completed at least 24 hours before arrival.
• Location
The apartment offers excellent value compared to city-centre listings and is a short taxi or bus ride from Belfast’s main attractions. As with many central locations, some street noise can be expected.
• Parking
Free on-street parking is available on Templemore Avenue (both sides of the road, no restrictions).
Interaction with Guests:
On, or just before, check-in day you will receive an SMS from one of our friendly team who will arrange a time to meet you at the property, take you to the apartment and show you around. You will have their direct number throughout your stay in case you need it.
