Sam was super easy to communicate with. Our group was four mid-50 gals travelling around for 9 days. In the 6 different places we stayed Sam’s rental had the most comfortable beds. Parking was great and having a washer and dryer on site was super handy. Would definitely recommend

Location is excellent - we took the train from Dublin, and from the station walked 8 easy minutes with our luggage. A few minutes walk to city hall. Many of the tours start there, and Tesco and M & S is right there for food.Our family of four found this apartment spacious and very well equipped, especially the kitchen. Two full baths good for a family. Excellent communication with the owner.

Great Location in Belfast

We enjoyed two nights here. The apartment is in a great location in downtown Belfast. We had access to so many restaurants and the city hall is a block or two away. The designated parking spot in the basement of the building is so helpful. Sam was very responsive and helped with any questions we had. The apartment is nicely arranged and very comfortable. I would stay here again when visiting Belfast.

We recently had the pleasure of visiting our daughter, who is studying abroad at Queen’s University in Belfast, and our stay at this apartment truly exceeded our expectations—even as seasoned travelers from the NYC area! The location is absolutely perfect—centrally situated within a 5-10 minute walk of Belfast’s vibrant shops, restaurants, cafes, and indoor and holiday markets. The apartment itself was immaculate, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. It felt like a home away from home. Sam, the owner, was exceptional—quick to respond to our questions before the trip and incredibly helpful throughout. His hospitality made the experience seamless and stress-free. Great spot in Belfast

I can’t say enough about Sam and his place! I stayed there for a few days with my husband and our two girls! Sam is so easy to communicate with and he ensured we had everything we needed. My girls loved the chips and cookies he left for us. The place is in the perfect spot and close to anything you might see or do. Would stay here again if we come back to Belfast!

Great location and apartment

Great facilities and easy walking distance to many Belfast sites. We felt centrally located and the space had everything we needed for our stay. I really loved the extra touch of having toiletries in the bathrooms. It was less we needed to pack or buy. Everything was very clean and once we had the right lock box for entry everything was smooth. Sam was great at communicating and really helpful throughout. Highly recommend!

Great Belfast Apartment

First, Sam is a fabulous host! His communications were always timely and packed with information! He really made the whole visit extra special by providing detailed instructions, site seeing recommendations, and travel advice. The apartment is in a great location.
