It is approached up a fairly steep ramp to the garage at ground level from where there are steps up to the first floor.

The house has many terraces. A large terrace next to the living room and very close to the kitchen ideal for outdoor meals.
All rooms on the first floor have terrace access.
The small living room on the first floor has access to a rear terrace. This room is ideal for children to use.
And finally the third floor has a huge sun terrace.

Following the general prevention and hygiene measures against COVID-19, we inform you of a series of changes that we apply to the property that you have rented.
BATHROOMS
For hygienic safety reasons when you arrive at the house you will find these details in the bathrooms:
The brushes have been removed.
The cleaning ladies have removed the shower curtains and left you a replacement curtain. This curtain has been washed and stored inside a plastic following the protection measures.
For the same hygienic safety reasons, we have removed the medicine cabinets and hair dryers from all the homes.

KITCHEN
For safety reasons, all the usual products in a kitchen that were in started containers have been withdrawn.

BEDROOMS
The pillow protectors have been changed prior to your arrival.

Gorgeous, clean, inviting house with incredible views!

Our week in Begur was unforgettable thanks to this incredible hillside home overlooking the Mediterranean. Every room had stunning views, and the spacious layout made it perfect for our family - the pictures don’t do the house justice! The shaded pool and large deck were ideal for relaxing, and the covered outdoor dining area made every meal feel special.One of the best features was the location. Just a short 5-minute walk down a steep path brought us to a beautiful beach, perfect for morning swims or relaxing in the afternoon sun (the path can be found by turning right out of the house and going downhill the nearby street - much faster than walking the long way around). The house is also ideally situated for exploring the charming medieval towns that dot the Costa Brava. Each morning, we visited a different nearby village—full of history and local character—then returned to swim in the Mediterranean Sea and later cool off in the pool. Several great restaurants were just a 5-minute walk away—our kids especially loved the brick oven pizza place.While we encountered a couple of minor hiccups—like a finicky dishwasher and some inconsistency with the air conditioning—these didn’t take away from the overall experience. In fact, the property manager was incredibly responsive and arrived quickly to address any concerns we had.This house made our time in Costa Brava truly special. We can’t recommend it highly enough!

Construction disruption

There is a house being built next door with a huge crane, jackhammers, and loud construction workers. There was no way to enjoy the property. We left three days early. We asked for a three day credit for next year and got no response.

Magnifique Villa très bien située

Cette villa est magnifique, très proche des plages et bien agencée et équipée. Nous avons passé un superbe séjour dans cette villa et reviendrons pour sur les années suivantes.
