"Great Location, unfortunate party in the Night!"

"Property was very nice, room was clean. However the phone in our room did not work so you had to go to reception. Pool was clean, not easy to get towels. Also reception was always busy with a line. And if you sat out in the common area getting food service took a very long time. Some staff were short or unfriendly towards guests. Others very kind and accommodating."

"We love our stay here at Hyatt Amsterdam. Great staff, clean facilities, spacious rooms, excellent breakfast starting at 6am. The airport shuttle leaves every 30 minutes so very convenient. We used Schipol airport as jumping point for all our tours. We decided to extend our stay to explore more of Amsterdam and neighboring cities. This hotel was a pleasant home base. ☺️"
