"Good hotel in walking distance (15 min) to city center. The website is a bit unclear but there is no reception so you call when you are at the hotel and they remotely let you in. Which works fine. The room is fine although you do hear the neighbors answering be you clearly. But all in all a good choice and decent price/quality. "

"We had a great apartment, clean, large and well equipped, with good decor. The bed was big and very comfortable. The location is great it's very easy to access the centre of Groningen with a short walk. My only criticism would be that it was very hot and it was hard to cool the room down. That said we were there during very hot weather. But all in all, a great place to stay."

"This is my new favorite hotel in the Netherlands. The staff is very warm and welcoming, my room was ENORMOUS, the setting is a rural village and the hotel is a 19th century hospital conversion. High ceilings and classic architecture. Biggest bonus was a forest walking trail behind the hotel. This place was ideal for me and my dog! Will definitely return!"

"Fun travel themed hotel with everything you need. Was quiet when we stayed (winter) but they warn it can get noisy with the bars around the hotel in season. Windows have hard shutters with acoustic foam on to counter this, plus ensure a good blackout! Would go back - better than other hotels I’ve stayed at in Groningen. "

"Uns hat der Aufenthalt sehr gefallen. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Alles war sehr sauber und im guten Zustand. Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und die Lebensmittel frisch. Absolut empfehlenswert!"

"Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, das Hotel liegt äußerst zentral neben der Tourist-Info, mitten in der Stadt und doch ruhig und gemütlich. Es war alles vorhanden, was man für den Urlaub am Meer so benötigt. Das Frühstück war mit Liebe zubereitet, abwechslungsreich und sehr lecker. Zur Strandpromenade kommt man in 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert, vielen Dank für die Gastfreundschaft, wir kommen gerne wieder…"

"The hotel is in good location at walking distance of city center and train station. It has good facilities ( maybe a safety box would be great and electricity connections at bedside table). Otherwise, the bed, pillows and furniture make the room very comfortable. And you have coffee and tea for free at the lobby. It was a very nice stay "

"Everything was great. It's nice and quiet with only the lovely church bells. The food was great, coffee cups a bit small. But the daily bread was fantastic and the bacon premium smoked."

"Det var ett enkelt men bra rum med stor säng. Med fungerande AC var det en behaglig temperatur. Hotellet låg centralt och det tog bara 15 min att gå från centralstationen."
