"Nobody waited for me; I couldn't make the check-in because no one was there. I was alone in the middle of the night without any help. Nobody replied on the phone, and Hotels.com couldn't even refund me. It was a complete disaster and a lack of respect in all senses. Everyone provided horrible service, and I’m disappointed. "Loved my stay! I honestly wish I could have stayed longer but I was only there 1 night. The B&B is surrounded by countryside and is very quiet and peaceful. The bed was super comfy, the room huge and shower amazing! Extremely clean as well. Good breakfast and lovely friendly owners too. I’ll definitely stay again if I’m in the area. "

"The stay was brilliant. Steve and Annette were very welcoming and accommodating and made it very easy for us to check in out of hours. "Thank you for a wonderful stay at Rivernene Cottages. Hosts Stephen and Phil were amazing and could not do enough for all the guests. Bas and his chef Derek bent over backwards to accommodate during what was a very difficult time for them at the tail end of the second lockdown.
