"Nobody waited for me; I couldn't make the check-in because no one was there. I was alone in the middle of the night without any help. Nobody replied on the phone, and Hotels.com couldn't even refund me. It was a complete disaster and a lack of respect in all senses. Everyone provided horrible service, and I’m disappointed. "It is a well run and well managed B&B a short walk from the colleges and the vibrant city center. Marria does a wondrous performance in the kitchen. With Guido keeping me well informed of what Cambridge had to offer."

"If you need a place to stay in this area, this is a perfect spot. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.
