"Overwhelming musty smell upon arrival. Mold in the bathroom. VRBO Care only kicks in once you speak to someone on the phone, we ended up booking a hotel stay instead because the smell was too much for my lungs, I was coughing uncontrollably despite staying outside as long as possible. Host initially responsive to our problem but no solutions (probably AI assistance for immediate responses). After 2 hours of seeking help from the host and VRBO Customer Service, we left, did not stay the night. 18...

"The house is beautiful and very clean. The view is amazing. It was nice that it had coffee ,oil, salt and pepper , it made our life easier especially the rice cooker since we like to eat rice. It so close to train station and the lake. After staying g at Spiez, we left for Grindelwald but we wish we should have just stayed at Speiz, the surrounding is way better"
