"Cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed at, heated pool was great and the rooftop balcony was awesome. Really the only downside is there’s no washer/dryer so I had to take it to a laundromat off the island."

"Overall this is a decent place to stay for a reasonable cost, I would stay here again with no problem! I would not go as a family with children, the pool for the children was very underwhelming and the young male life guard on duty Wednesday May 27th closed the pool and left at 5:30pm when all signs posted said the pool was open until 6pm, our children only had about 40mins to even try to make the best of it! He was very rude!
The hotel staff outside of that was great! The hotel and casino...

"I was extremely impressed with how quick and easy check in/out was. Our room was very clean and we enjoyed the bistro being just a few steps away! You also get 10% off if you eat at the bistro or shop at their liquor store which was great. Will definitely stay again."

"Room was old and worn down. Booked a full ocean view and got an obstructive ocean view. Pool only open until 6pm. Casino floor was great, hotel rooms and amenities not good. Room didn't even have a bench or chair to sit on except for the dinner chairs. Found tlyellow stains on the blanket also."

"It’s a little odd that the rooms have mini fridges but you have to rent a microwave for $25 a day. All trash cans were overflowing in the common areas through the whole weekend, elevators were limited to like 2 out of 4 and they were dirty. Like cigarette buts, cups and all. I know that the guests were the cause but the staff left it as it was.
The room was nice but we couldn’t adjust the temp"

"First, I ordered a room with double beds on the first floor wheelchair accessible when I arrived didn’t have one
We wound up getting a brown floor with a king bed for three people and a toddler
They tried to tell me my reservation was for two people when clearly it stated three adults at a toddler
They expected me to walk up steps at one and walk all the way across the hotel, because no one bothered to clean the steps at the other end of the hotel
