"I would not recommend this hotel. When I called to report roaches in the room, they hung up the phone instead of addressing my concerns. Overall, I was uncomfortable and stated that I could leave rather than offering any another assistance as I was from out of state."

But the room that I was given was not the best, light fixture in restroom was messed up the toilet seat was not bolted down, the chair in the room looked like my uncle sat in it everyday for the past 50 years I was scared to sit in it because it looked like I would fall through if I did. We had to go back down to desk everyone which got very annoying considering it was a four night stay. They never assigned my room to wi-fi. Also, my son left a piece of jewelry there. "The hotel was very clean. No weird smells even though pet friendly. This was my second stay at this location and 3rd at Home2 Suites. The rooms were nice with fridge and microwave and plenty of towels. Comfortable beds and pillows. I really appreciate the coffee, water and tea in lobby. Breakfast was good. I did not try the pool. Not enough parking, if lot is full you have to park in garage on first floor. I would stay again. Thanks!"
