"The room was generally great and the pricing is reasonable. Check-in process information was received by email and was comprehensive enough to work. However, there didn't seem to be a single staff member onsite which gives a certain abandoned vibe to the whole place. I also had to do some low level hunting to find my room as a result. Room walls are a little thin, could hear TV in adjacent room pretty easily. The room facilities and condition was great though and the location is also excellent."

"We had a very bad experience. The place was nice enough but the host was incredibly rude and accused us of causing damage, which we did not. He could not provide evidence of any damage when asked to so. Would not book any accommodation through stayz ever again. We are still trying to refute a fraudulent charge. The customer services through stayz is very poor."

"The property is well located, only a short walk to the beach and parklands. It is a great size for a family to spread out and has all the expected amenities. It was clean and well presented.We had an issue at check-in but it was quickly resolved by the property manager.Would definitely stay again!"
