The private deck provides the perfect space to relax & enjoy the beautiful lake view, Includes a foosball table, corn hole & BBQ. Private boat slip to park your boat during your stay. This is one of two units on the property with no shared interior spaces or walls.
You have complete privacy!

*During the summer, you'll have access to the boat slip where you can enjoy swimming in the inviting warm lake, kayaking, water skiing, and fishing to your heart's content. Please note that the boat slip is only accessible until October due to water levels declining in the fall/winter.

*Please carpool and bring no more than 2 small to medium size vehicles. Parking is very limited. TRUCKS MUST BE AUTHORIZED PRIOR TO BOOKING. We cannot accommodate large vehicles without prior approval.

It was a great place for a family weekend get away. We really enjoyed the location with the lake view. We got to experienced a beautiful sunset right on the lake. The cabin was also very charming and cozy. We would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! When we arrived, the power was unexpectedly out in the area, but the host met us right away, explained the situation clearly, and walked us through the house to make sure we were comfortable and knew where everything was. We really appreciated the communication and personal touch.The home itself was clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for a relaxing long weekend. It had everything we were looking for and felt very welcoming.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

VRBO by itself was a bad experience…All there rules and not accommodating Our 2 hours to enter early was denied. We met Tammy the Owner of the property and she was so Amazing and told Us to relax and have a great time and she told us what we could do and what we couldn’t which was so much more reasonable… the house was small but had everything we needed . the dock actually had water which was a plus. it was Awesome after meeting Tammy. And we did get a bear cub come up to the door around 6 am looking around

Our stay at the Bass lake house was exceptional! We had a very relaxing time. Bike trails are great, short drive to Yosemite was a plus!! We loved boating on the lake and how close the marina was to the house. Coffee in morning and dinner on the deck over looked the lake were fantastic. Just what we wanted! The hosts were incredible! Very helpful and communicative. I would highly recommend staying here! We will. Loved the early fall weather!

With all the windows and doors open, there was no air circulation. The ceiling is quite low and there are no windows on both sides of the house to help air circulation. The front bedroom got up to 81 when the windows were closed. The baby slept in there and she's not used to the heat. We didn't understand that we needed air conditioning. The layout of the property is awkward. It's listed as a three bedroom house, but the middle bedroom (master bedroom) on the east side has no windows and has no privacy – guest must walk through this bedroom in order to get to the bathroom with a shower; those staying in the northeast bedroom must also walk through the master bedroom in order to get to their bedroom, which has no separate door onto the common area. There are numerous small trip hazards throughout the property, some but not all were marked with a distinguishing paint, etc. Also, the couch was really the only comfortable seat in the house, and could hold only three people. More comfortable chairs, including wooden chairs, would help immensely.If you converted it to a two bedroom apartment, incorporating the middle bedroom with the sitting area, it would make more sense. Also, adding a whole house fan, or an exhaust fan, probably in the northeast bedroom, would help provide air circulation. The management service was great, the owners were quite helpful, the water was beautiful, and we had a wonderful time. It's just that the cottage itself was not comfortable for us.

Clean and cute

The location of this house can’t be beat! We saw ducks, fish, and a bald eagle from the deck. The kitchen is very well stocked, we ended up doing most of our meals at the house. Really close to trails and beaches. We went fishing off the dock and caught some bass. Everything was really clean. The third bedroom can only be accessed through another room, just something to be aware of. We had a great time!

AAMAAAAZING home! Perfect vacation getaway

I can’t share enough of our excitement about this property. Even in Bass lake 3 times now and this is by far the best home I rented. Water front with pier and deck. Fully stacked with amenities and everything you can think of, well it’s there. This owner know what hospitality is and how to host like the 5star hotels do. Ideal spot for a group of friends or a family. Beautiful spot where it’s located. Super quiet and breakfast out in the deck overlooking the lake is unbeatable. Book with 1000% confidence cause the team is amazing, super responsive and great organization. Will definitely be back with friends soon. Tha k you all for your amazing hospitality.

Cozy Paradise

Our family makes the trip to Bass Lake every spring and this has been our favorite place to stay so far!The property manager was quick to respond to all of messages and was super helpful during our stay. Not that we had any major issues, but it was nice to have them check in on us during our stay. It showed how commuted they were to making sure our stay was nice. And the owners of the home were so incredibly kind and welcoming. I’m glad we had the opportunity to meet them.This home is a cozy space right on the lake that has everything you need. We enjoyed having dinners out on the deck overlooking the water and watching our kiddos swim. It was so great having access to the water right outside our door. We made some beautiful memories and can’t wait to return!

love the house the next time I book it will be in september when it's not so hot no air conditioner

enjoy the morning view of the lake and watching the jet skies and boats. And sitting around reading a good book. I took a walk with my son to the local store it was nice looking at the different homes. We all had a great time and can't wait for the next time

My husband and I took our parents to Bass Lake and we all enjoyed the beautiful deck, bbq, and watching the boats go by! These memories are precious.
